If you ordered MyTelemedicine from OnCall your order is being processed. It may take up to 3 days for your information to be updated and activated in the system. When activated, you will receive an email from MyTelemedicine with instructions on how you can complete the activation.
You should complete the activation as soon as you can after you receive your activation notice. Your electronic medical record should be completed with as much detail as possible.
