How We Save Lives
OnCall has partnered with My Notification Service (MNS) that provides a service that gives first responders and emergency personnel and doctors access to information that could save your life in minutes rather than hours. MNS provides its members with a set of unique decals that are to be placed on your driver’s license (approved in all 50 states), passport, or other photo ID, a vehicle decal that can be placed on the driver’s window of your car or near your front door, as well as a wallet ID card printed from your membership portal. Located on these decals is a phone number and your own unique ID number. In the event of an emergency, first responders can call one of our call centers that operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year throughout virtually the entire world., and provide vital information that could save your life. For those locales that the phone number is not available, an emergency email address is also provided to contact the call center to enable the same potential life-saving functions.
Information we recommend that you provide to MNS is:
- Full Name
- Emergency Contacts Phone Numbers (up to 9)
- Insurance Information
- Medical Allergies
- Physician Names: Primary Care of Specialist Information
- Current Medications and dosages
- Chronic Medical Conditions
- Other information including, but not limited to, special instructions to be provided to emergency contacts about children and pet well being.

I can’t thank you, folks, enough for helping our family during a medical emergency recently. My mom had been out with some friends when their car ran off the road and drove into a deep ravine. Mom had struck her head and was unconscious at the scene, if not for your ID on her license we have no idea how long it would be before we were to have known what had happened to her. As it turns out because we were notified we were able to assist the police and hospital staff in contacting relatives of the other ladies in the vehicle, which was still quite a chore. Thanks and God bless.
