To get the most out of your experience with MyTelemedicine we recommend you login to your Member Health Portal and complete these two simple steps.

Step 1: Electronic Medical Records – Please update your medical records so our physicians have up-to-date health history on you and your dependents.

Step 2: Add Dependents – If you have a family plan, please add your dependents so they can also get access to the service.

Here at MyTelemedicine we understand that doctors can be difficult to contact, illnesses can occur in the middle of the night or you just have a health-related question that doesn’t require an appointment. MyTelemedicine offers a convenient solution to those instances and more!

Regardless of the time or your location, you can connect with a physician in real-time. Physicians can review your electronic health records, provide medical advice and diagnose common conditions. In the event a prescription* is needed, it will be sent to the pharmacy of your choice. This service is an accessible complement to your primary care.
